24-station round titanium anodizing rack
Racks many small aluminum parts at once for anodizing: machined parts, electronic housings, and hardware. The rack locates the parts, carries their weight, and feeds current to each one.
A Grade 2 centre spine and radial frame with 24 evenly spaced, replaceable Grade 4 spring contacts. Existing 20, 30, or 42-station designs from the workshop are quoted first.

How it is used
- Load parts with the contact on the agreed face.
- Hang from the flight bar; check the hook seats fully.
- Strip contacts between loads as your process needs.
- Swap worn contacts instead of the whole rack.
First-article checks
- Key-dimension report on the first article, measured against the agreed drawing.
- Material certificate from the titanium supplier for the sample; heat-lot traceability for batch orders.
- Close-up photos of welds and contact points, and photos of the packed parts before dispatch.
Each piece protected against crushing, bending, and scratching; every pack labelled with code, size, grade, and quantity.
