One piece for baskets and racks. Small parts such as clips, hooks, bags, and fasteners are quoted in packs; see the quantity tiers on each product page.

Every part is made after you order, and price depends on size, grade, thickness, and quantity. You get a written quote after we have your dimensions, usually within two business days.

The lead time is on the quote and comes from the workshop that will make the part. Bent hooks and clips are faster than welded baskets and racks. International express usually adds 5–10 days.

Samples are paid in full before production by PayPal invoice or bank transfer. Batches are paid in full before production. No credit terms on first orders.

Grade 1 for basket mesh and sheet, Grade 2 for hooks, frames, and fasteners, Grade 4 spring temper for contact clips. The grade is written on every quote and never changed without your approval.

The sample ships with the titanium supplier’s material certificate; batch orders are traceable to the heat lot. We forward certificates as issued and do not create our own.

Titanium is widely used in nickel, copper, and many acid baths. Fluoride-containing baths attack titanium. Tell us your chemistry; final suitability is your decision.

Yes. Send outside dimensions, mesh opening or station count, hook style, and a photo. We build to the dimensions. We do not copy another brand’s logo or model number.

The first article ships with a key-dimension report, material certificate, weld close-ups, and packing photos. You can also book a third-party inspector at your cost.

Worldwide by express courier or air freight. The quote shows shipping. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer unless the quote says otherwise.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos and measurements. If it does not match the approved drawing, we remake it or refund the part price. See the terms of sale.
