For shallower tanks, or when parts must hang in a flat plane on both sides of the rack. One rack holds 24 small parts, 12 per side.
A Grade 2 spine in the workshop's proven section, with replaceable Grade 4 contact clips or pins at an even 20–25 mm pitch.

How it is used
- Load both sides evenly so the rack hangs straight.
- Keep part spacing equal for even film thickness.
- Strip contacts between loads.
- Replace worn contacts individually.

- Key-dimension report on the first article, measured against the agreed drawing.
- Material certificate from the titanium supplier for the sample; heat-lot traceability for batch orders.
- Close-up photos of welds and contact points, and photos of the packed parts before dispatch.
Each piece protected against crushing, bending, and scratching; every pack labelled with code, size, grade, and quantity.
