Where this part is used

  • Compatible plating-line basket suspension requiring a copper-core current path.
  • Replacement composite hooks matched to existing conductors.
  • Batch conductor components for finishing-equipment builders.

Check before use

An exposed copper core may contaminate an incompatible bath. End sealing and wetted-surface continuity must be reviewed.

What to send for an accurate quote

  1. Dimensioned drawing and current / duty cycle.
  2. Wetted length, bath chemistry and terminal exposure.
  3. Core and titanium-cladding specifications.
  4. Inspection requirements and batch quantity.

We prioritise existing workshop designs. If no drawing is available, send clear photographs with a ruler or a measured sketch. We will identify the missing dimensions before confirming production.

Batch supply, inspection & delivery

One approved configuration

MOQ applies to each identical size, grade and drawing revision. Mixed variants cannot automatically be combined to meet a per-size minimum. Sample and tooling charges, if needed, are separate.

Written approval before production

Confirm dimensions, material, quantity, inspection and packing on the quotation. Material documents and tests must be requested and agreed in advance; no blanket certification is implied.

Freight based on packed size

Shipment is quoted using destination, actual / dimensional weight and packing. Long hooks, frames and baskets may cost more by volume than by mass. Duties and import taxes are not included unless expressly agreed.

Lead time is confirmed per order

Production timing follows drawing approval, sample acceptance where required and agreed payment. No overseas stock or fixed dispatch date is promised by this catalogue.

Specify the matching components

Order interfaces together: basket-to-hook, disc-to-spline and bolt-to-thread. Accessories below are quoted separately.
