Last updated October 2026. The written quote for your order takes priority over this page where they differ.
1. Quotes
Quotes are in US dollars, valid for 14 days, and based on the dimensions, grade, and quantity stated on them.
2. Payment
Samples and production orders are paid 100% before production, by PayPal invoice or bank transfer (T/T). Payment fees are shown on the invoice.
3. Drawings and approval
Parts are made to the drawing or specification you approve in writing. You are responsible for confirming dimensions and for confirming that titanium and polypropylene suit your bath and operating conditions.
4. Production and inspection
Lead time starts when payment and drawing approval are both received. The first article ships with a dimension report and photos. You may arrange a third-party inspection at your cost before shipping.
5. Shipping, duties, and risk
Shipping method and cost are on the quote. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country are paid by the buyer unless the quote says otherwise. Risk passes to the buyer when goods are handed to the carrier, unless the quote states another Incoterm.
6. Claims
Report damage or parts that do not match the approved drawing within 14 days of delivery, with photos and measurements. If confirmed, we remake the affected parts or refund their price. Custom parts that match the approved drawing are not returnable.
7. Limits
Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for lost production, bath contamination, or other indirect losses. Parts are not sold for medical, aerospace, or pressure-vessel use.
