Build details common to every basket

Titanium mesh TIG weld macro — Expanded mesh TIG-welded to solid sheet. Representative render.

Mesh	Diamond expanded titanium mesh, SWD 4–5 mm × LWD 10–13 mm typical; match yours on request.
Welding	Argon-shielded TIG. Welds silver to pale straw, not blue or grey.
Finish	Deburred, degreased, no coating.
Grades	Grade 1 body, Grade 2 hooks and frames; never substituted without approval.
Paperwork	Mill certificate as issued; dimension report on the first article.

Before you order

Bath type, main chemistry, additives, and whether it contains fluoride.
Normal and maximum operating temperature.
Total current, current per basket, voltage, and run time.
Bus bar shape and size, hook direction, and contact face.
Distance from bus bar to solution level, and solution level to tank floor.
Anode material, particle size, and load weight per basket.

Fluoride warning. Fluoride-containing baths attack titanium. Tell us if your bath contains fluoride before we quote.
