What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form or send by email: company, name, country, work email, part details, and any files you attach. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

Why

To prepare a quote, make and ship your order, issue invoices, and answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

• The workshop making your part receives the technical details (dimensions, drawing, quantity), not your contact details unless shipping requires it.
• Our form or email provider stores the message you send.
• Courier and payment providers (for example PayPal) receive what they need to ship and collect payment.
• This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

How long

Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Order records are kept as long as tax and export rules require.
