9 in 30-station titanium disc rack
For batch anodizing of many small parts of similar size. Compared with the 24-station round rack, the discs are modular: sell them singly, in pairs, or as a full assembly on a spine.
Grade 2 plate about 2.0 mm thick with 30 evenly spaced forked fingers or spring contacts at the rim; Grade 4 contact parts preferred.

How it is used
- Set disc spacing on the spine to suit part height.
- Load evenly around each disc.
- Strip fingers between loads.
- Replace single discs as they wear.
First-article checks
- Key-dimension report on the first article, measured against the agreed drawing.
- Material certificate from the titanium supplier for the sample; heat-lot traceability for batch orders.
- Close-up photos of welds and contact points, and photos of the packed parts before dispatch.
Each piece protected against crushing, bending, and scratching; every pack labelled with code, size, grade, and quantity.
