Polypropylene anode bags
Slips over a titanium basket or soluble anode to trap anode sludge and particles, reducing roughness and nodules on the plated part. It does not replace whole-tank circulation filtration.
Two sizes for the 2.5 × 6 in basket and two cloths: a washed, heat-set woven PP for general use, and a heat-finished PP needle felt for finer retention.

How it is used
- Rinse new bags in clean water before first use.
- Slide over the loaded basket; close the drawcord above the solution.
- Leave cuff above the solution level.
- Replace when torn or blinded.
First-article checks
- Key-dimension report on the first article, measured against the agreed drawing.
- Material certificate from the titanium supplier for the sample; heat-lot traceability for batch orders.
- Close-up photos of welds and contact points, and photos of the packed parts before dispatch.
Bags packed flat in labelled packs of 10 or 50.
